Synopsis: Adnan, sold as a slave, becomes a part of the sultan’s harem as a means to avoid working in the fields. Knowing that he has no choice in living with this new lifestyle, will he be able to enjoy the luxury that comes with living in the sultan’s harem or will he escape?
This game is completely voice acted. This also includes the sex scenes the game has. The fujoshi in me was incredibly joyous with this. The images themselves are uncensored which was shocking to me but I didn’t complain in the slightest. The art is absolutely beautiful and the voice acting was pretty good for the most part. To be honest, I didn’t really like Adnan’s voice because it sounded a bit too nasally and whiny for my taste, but again that’s only my opinion. All of the voice actors are truly talented. I listened to the bloopers that they provided in the extras menu and they were extremely hilarious. I was also taken aback at how different their actual voices were from their characters which is amazing.
The game isn’t free and rightfully so. The amount of work and effort put into this game is stunning. I bought it when it was on sale on steam (it probably ended by the time I post this). Just know that the game is worth every single penny. It has 2 bad endings and 3 good endings—one of those good endings being a “secret” ending where you end up with the antagonist of the game.
The creators of the game also created “Blood and Lust”. I didn’t fully enjoy Blood and Lust since it felt rather short and it did crash on me when I got a bad ending (don’t get me wrong, it does have a good story). I’m glad that it didn’t happen to me while playing My Burning Heart.
With that being said, I give My Burning Heart, 5 paws out of five🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾. Everything about the game was absolutely worth it. I really recommend it if you want to read some good BL and hear some amazing voice acting, or just want something to play/read during Pride Month. That’s it for today. Remember, keep your paws and bowls of ramen up, everyone! Nya! 🐾
